Julie is an AMAZING realtor! She guided me through the selling process step-by-step: She digitally staged my home and the pictures came out better than I could have imagined. She took care of all of the details of the showings and kept me informed after each one of them. She worked tirelessly for me during the negotiation phase and got me quite a bit more money than I would have been willing to accept! She also guided me through the closing process and she had infinite patience for all of my questions along the way. Additionally, she goes above and beyond when it comes to solving problems as they arise. But what really sets Julie apart is her communication which is absolutely top tier. She is reachable by text, phone, and email and she was always very quick to get back to me (often within minutes of me reaching out to her!). I have worked with a handful of realtors in the past, some of which were quite good. But Julie is, by far, the best realtor I've ever worked with! And she doesn't just excel as a seller's realtor. Julie was also my realtor when I was buying my home and she gave A+ service representing me in that transaction as well. TL;DR - Julie is THE BEST and you won't be disappointed if you choose her.
